*** Symptom 1 ***

When open EPC.net electronic parts catalogue, theInternet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Solution:

Go toStartmenu, and selectEWA, thenEWAadmintoolto start the server

Click Server, EPC, WIS one by one

Start the Offline one(s) to get it started

Restart the computer

Finally, ECP NET will be ready for use.

*** Symptom 2 ***

The following error pops up after EPC activation:

Application blocked by security settings

Name: EWA Client Tools

Location: http://localhost:9000

You security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running

Solution:

Go toComputer->Start->Control Panel ->JAVA

Setup theSecurityas theLowest

Then you can open EPC
